Delivery and returns

Thank you for your order at MYSC perfumery! We will deliver the package to your address as soon as possible. All products that are in stock will be delivered the next working day (as long as PostNL has no delay). If the product are not in stock, it can take 3-5 working days before the products will be delivered. The delivery time of the ordered product can be found on the product page and in the order confirmation. Read everything about delivery and returns below.


Shipping costs

All orders above €50 are shipped free of charge by For all orders under €50, you will be charged €5.50 for Dutch orders and €7.50 for Belgian and Luxembourg orders.


The following costs will be charged for outside NL, BE and LU:

Returning your order

Are you not satisfied with the ordered product? Or do you want to exchange it for another product? Any purchase can be returned at MYSC perfumery up to 14 days after purchase. This can be done free of charge in our perfumery or externally via the post office. All products must of course be returned undamaged, unused and unopened. If the packaging has been opened, we unfortunately can no longer take the product back.


How can a product be returned?

A return form can be found in the box of your order. Describe which product you want to return. We are always working to improve our service and your feedback will help us do this. That is also why you are asked for the possible reason for the return.

Step 1: Stick the shipping label, which you can find on the return form, over the previous shipping label which we sent with the package to your address.

Step 2: Drop off the package at the post office. Any postage costs are for the consumer.


After receipt, MYSC will process the return and aim for a refund within 14 days via the payment method. Is the amount still not in your account after 14 days? Please contact our customer service.



  • Items must be returned unopened and in the original packaging.

  • When returning the items, always fill in and add the returning form.

  • We cannot take back used, opened and/or damaged items. Foil etc. may not be removed from the product.

  • Always complete the return form completely (except for the reason for return, this is not mandatory).

  • Sale products can’t be returned.

  • Articles that have been bought in a MYSC store can’t be returned online.
